We offer Free Shipping both in the US and International.

We will send an order confirmation to the email address used at checkout upon receiving your order. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a second email containing tracking information once your order has  shipped confirming your VIRGIN suncare is en route.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the product or would like assistance initiating a return, please contact us at hello@virginsuncare.com with any questions or concerns.

We accept returns up to 30  days after your order was placed unless otherwise noted or in the case of product discounts.

In the event you decide to return the product, we will issue a full refund within the 30 day window. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping charges associated with the delivery or return of the product.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace any item that arrived damaged or believe to be defective. If you have received a damaged product, please send images of the defective item along with your order number to hello@virginsuncare.com. Our customer care team  will reach out with further instruction as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will send an email confirming that your refund is being processed. The amount of purchase will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment.

Missing Refunds

If you have yet to receive a refund within 10 days of your return received confirmation email, please first contact your credit card company or bank as it may still be processing. Sometimes processing refunds takes longer to post than we would like.

Please Note:

  • Shipping time for exchanged products is dependent upon your location and product availability. Please be patient with us as we get your new product delivered  to you as quickly as possible. 

  • Discounted products or items on sale are final.  Refund and exchange policies are not applicable to these purchases

  • When shipping items valuing over $75, we suggest using a service that provides a tracking number as we cannot guarantee receiving returned items.
